Refund and Dispute Policy | Cancellation Policy | Terms & Conditions
Payments for completed consulting sessions are non-refundable. For project-based services, partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed, minus any non-refundable deposits. Disputes should be addressed via email at interpresgentium@gmail.com within 7 days of service delivery.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. For project cancellations, a written notice of 7 days is required for long-term projects.
